COST + PAYMENT

GROUND COST


Cost of the ground package is $1,600 USD. Rate is based on a minimum of 20 travelers and is subject to final confirmation. Prices are per person based on double room occupancy. All taxes included.

 

INCLUDES:

Accommodation for 11 nights

Air-conditioned transportation and professional driver

All activities, speakers, meetings and visits

Transfer between the residence and the airport on the last day (One trip for early flights & one trip for late flights)

 

NOT INCLUDED:

Airfare to and from Puerto Rico

Meals, except those noted as "included? in the itinerary

Transportation or access to any other activity not listed in the itinerary

Transfer from the airport to the residence on the first day

PAYMENT

Total cost of the program, can be paid in 3 payments due on the following dates:

  • $300 non-refundable deposit by April 30th (This deposit will ONLY be refundable if the trip gets canceled by CCCADI.)

  • Second payment by May 15th

  • Third and last payment by June 1st Total cost of the program must be paid IN FULL by June 1st .

Cancellations and Refunds

  • 75% of the cost of the ground package if canceled before May 20th, 2017, except the amount of the non-refundable deposit.

  • 50% of the cost of the ground package if canceled before June 1st. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AFTER THIS DATE.
